7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily a la carte breakfast is served in-villa from 7.30am to 10.30am and must be ordered in advance.
• Afternoon tea is served in-villa and includes tea, coffee and a small cake or snack from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
• Choice of lunch or dinner is served in-villa from a two-course set menu. Lunch is served from 12pm to 4pm and dinner is served from 6pm to 9pm. Advance booking is required.
• The daily cocktail is served in-villa from 11am to 8pm.
• The floating breakfast (select packages only) is served a la carte in-villa. Advance booking is required.
• The Jungle Club Ubud is a one-hour drive from the villa. A transfer is not included in your package. This can be redeemed at the property with staff.
• Included massages take place in-villa from 11am to 8pm and must be booked with the hotel at least one day in advance. The massage inclusion is per package.
• The daily beach shuttle is to nearby beaches and the schedule will be given upon check-in.

• Water slide shown in the video is not available in all villa types and is subject to availability.
• The massages and IDR500,000 dining credits are per room. For example, 2 bedroom villas get 2 massages and 2x500,000 dning credits, and so on.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• Infant seat can be pre booked free of charge. Guest can bring their own.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• Additional charges may apply for excess luggage or if vehicle upgrade required.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
