Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable. For bookings that fall during Nyepi Day, inclusions will be subject to adjustment according to the hotel’s regulations and policies.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Three hours of complimentary kids’ club access for children aged 3–12 is included in your package at sister resort Blu-Zea Resort by Double-Six, which is located a 10-minute car ride from the hotel. Kids’ club is open daily from 9am until 5pm. A surcharge of US$5 per hour, per child, applies beyond the included three hours. Children under three must be supervised by a parent or nanny.
• Breakfast is available daily between 7am and 11am. Guests can enjoy both a la carte and buffet offerings.
• The included daily choice of lunch, dinner or afternoon tea is served at:
  • Lagoon Deck (lunch and afternoon tea 8am to 8pm)
  • Double-Six Rooftop Sunset Bar (dinner 5pm to 11pm, last order 10.30pm)
  • Suzie-Q (dinner 6pm to 11pm, last order 10.30pm)
  • Pallas Greek Taverna (dinner 5pm to 11pm, last order 10.30pm)
    • Please note that to avoid disappointment, Pallas Greek Taverna is located at Blu-Zea Resort by Double-Six and must be booked in advance.
• Please note Double-Six Rooftop Sunset Bar, Suzie-Q and Pallas Greek Taverna are closed on Nyepi Day.
• The dinner at The Plantation Grill must be booked in advance, and is open daily from 6pm to 11pm (last order 10.30pm, closed on Nyepi Day).
• Daily choice of lunch, dinner or afternoon tea cannot be redeemed in conjunction with another meal on the same day besides breakfast.
• Daily free-flow cocktail hour at Double-Six Rooftop Sunset Bar is between 7pm and 8pm, and between 5pm and 6pm at Lagoon Bar.
• Guests may choose from a 60-minute Balinese massage at Acqua Perla Spa, or a 90-minute traditional bliss massage at The Spa at Blu-Zea Resort by Double-Six, which is located a 10-minute car ride from the hotel. Transport to and from The Spa at Blu-Zea Resort by Double-Six is not included in your package. Advance bookings are required.
• The Owners Lounge is accessible only after checkout until 11pm daily and includes a butler-serviced lounge with lockers, a shower room, massage chairs and free-flow alcoholic drinks.
• The welcome cocktail is a pineapple granita served at Lagoon Bar or a non-alcoholic option.
• Dinner at Plantation Grill is set menu.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked and is complimentary. Guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
