Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa offers an enviable beachfront location right by Patong Beach, giving the entire resort a tucked away feel without forgoing the conveniences of city amenities. Downtown Patong is a five-minute complimentary shuttle away and is home to an abundance of shopping, dining and nightlife. Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB5500 per adult (12+) and THB2750 per child (6–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Ocean View Restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am.
• Daily lunch is served at Ocean View Restaurant from 11am to 3pm and includes two courses from a set menu.
• Dinner is served at Ocean View Restaurant from 5pm to 11pm and includes two courses from a set menu.
• Guests will receive a credit upon arrival for one kilogram of locally sourced fresh fruit, available for collection at the Fruit Shop opposite the main lobby.
• Welcome drink is served at reception upon arrival.
• Included massages are traditional Thai massages at Diamond Spa, available from 10am to 5pm. Advance bookings are required.
• All-inclusive free-flow drinks are available from 11am to 10pm at Ocean View Pool Bar or at meal times at Ocean View Restaurant. Free-flow drinks include soft drinks, local beer, cocktails and mocktails.
• Kids House is open 9am to 6pm daily.
• Shuttle service to downtown Patong is complimentary and available for one-way trips only. Booking at least one day in advance is required.

Indulgence Upgrade:

• Lunch is available at Ocean View Restaurant, with two courses from a set menu, served from 11am to 3pm, as well as Kiko Japanese Restaurant, in line with each venue’s opening times.
• Dinner is available at Ocean View Restaurant, with two courses from a set menu, served from 5pm to 11pm, as well as Kiko Japanese Restaurant and Thai Orchid Restaurant, in line with each venue’s opening times.
• All-inclusive free-flow drinks are served from 11am to 10pm at Ocean View Pool Bar or at meal times at Ocean View Restaurant, as well as Thai Orchid Restaurant and Kiko Japanese Restaurant, in line with each venue’s opening times. Drinks include soft drinks, local beer, cocktails, mocktails and wine.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: A private return airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• If travelling with more than three guests, please contact luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com. Surcharges may apply.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• Infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat, per way. Guests are free to bring their own baby seat.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
