Cross Bali Breakers is located in Jimbaran, renowned for its picturesque stretch of beach and fantastic local seafood restaurants. It’s within close proximity to Uluwatu, Kuta and Nusa Dua, making it ideal for discovering some of Bali’s most sought-after spots. Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR1,300,000 per adult (12+) and IDR650,000 per child (6–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner, which includes an international buffet menu, canapés, free-flow drinks and entertainment until the countdown. Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served at Point Break by CROSS from 7am to 10.30am. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, including appetiser, main course, bread, dessert and free-flowing sparkling wine. There will also be a rotation of daily meals that guests can choose from.
• Daily choice of lunch or dinner is a three-course set menu served at Point Break by CROSS. Lunch is served from 12pm to 4pm, dinner is served from 7pm to 11pm. Guests can choose any three courses from the menu, including an appetiser, main course and dessert.
• One child (11 and under) receives free daily breakfast and daily lunch or dinner per package inclusions, and may eat free all other meals when dining with a paying adult.
• Daily free-flow drinks hour takes place between 5pm and 6pm at Hang Loose Bar or Point Break by CROSS. The cocktail selection will come from the bar. The staff will inform you accordingly while taking the coupon for the cocktail.
• Alo’e Wellness is open daily from 9am to 9pm. Last treatment from 7pm. Any included massages must be pre-booked at reception on arrival.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked for no charge or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area, including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades, including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.

• CANNA Bali Beach Club is located in Nusa Dua.

• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• Transfers between CANNA Bali Beach Club and the airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.
