Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily breakfast is served at Kechala restaurant from 7.30am to 10.30am. A packed breakfast can be pre-ordered for breakfast requests before 7.30am.
- Lunch is served at Kechala from 12pm to 2.30pm. Dinner is served at Kechala from 6pm to 9pm.
- Nightly cocktail is from a select menu, available at Pool Bar or Kechala from 12pm to 7pm.
- For airport transfers, the resort will reach out to guests directly to enquire about arrival flight details.
- Half-day Semenggoh Orangutan Reserve tour runs for approximately three to four hours, departing at either 7.30am or 12.45pm. Tour includes return transfers, English-speaking guide, buggy to the feeding station and entrance fees.
- Half-day visit to Sarawak Cultural Village (select packages only) includes return transfers and an entrance ticket to the village, which allows for a self-guided tour through the open-air museum as well as entrance to the cultural show, performed daily at 11.30am and 4pm. Please note, Sarawak Cultural Village is closed on 31 December.
- Cove 55 can arrange a number of tours during your stay, including: Bako National Park and Satang Island turtle conservation centre.
