7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served at La Sirena from 7am to 10:30am.
• Daily set-menu lunches and dinners are served at La Sirena, from 12pm to 5pm and 6:30pm to 10pm, with last orders at 9:30pm. Guests who choose the Indulgence package upgrade can also enjoy dinner at Nahmyaa.
• For packages with children eating free, children only eat free when dining with a paying adult.
• Nightly free-flow cocktail hour takes place at Aqua Bar from 5pm to 6pm, including drinks from a select happy hour menu.
• Included massage is a COMO Shambhala Signature Massage at COMO Shambhala spa. Advance booking is required.
• Play by COMO is open daily from 9am to 6pm for children aged 4 to 12.
• For the trip to Rang Yai Island with long tail boat transfer (upgraded packages only), advance booking is required. This inclusion is for a one-time trip. Charges apply for additional activities on the island. Departure times are based on resort schedule and subject to change.
• For the Thai cooking class (upgraded packages only), guests will learn how to prepare four classic Thai dishes.
• For packages that include children staying and eating for free, children only eat free when dining with an adult.
• Daily wellness activities may include yoga and Thai boxing, scheduled according to the resort’s program. Other wellness activities may also be offered during your stay.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
• Flight number and arrival time
• Child seat requirements
• Number of pieces of luggage, including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle.
• Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way, or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
• It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival, should your driver need to contact you.
