7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Update 14 November 2024, 11.30pm AEDT: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of US$320 per adult (12+) and US$160 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory Christmas Eve Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.

Valid for travel until 22 December 2025 (bookings must be made before 31 October 2025).

Green Tax: Please note a US$6 Green Tax per person, per night applies and is not included in your package. Payable directly to the hotel. From 1 January 2025, the Green Tax increases to be US$12 per person, per night.

Dining Credit Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Guests receive dining credits for specialty restaurants, in addition to complimentary dinner inclusions.
• The daily credit can be redeemed at any venue outside the Air restaurant.
• US$50 per adult, per day for lunch and US$70 per adult, per day for dinner.
• For additional children, US$25 per child, per day for lunch and US$35 per child, per day for dinner.
• The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The credit is non-cumulative, meaning that if it is not used within the same day, it will not carry over or combine with the credit from the following day.

Speedboat Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Roundtrip speedboat transfers for two people.
• Coco Bodu Hithi is a 40-minute trip from Malé International Airport (MLE) by private speedboat, operated by the resort.
• Transfers may be shared with other Coco Body Hithi guests.
• Upon landing at Malé International Airport (MLE), the team will be on hand to assist with getting to the transfer.
• Speedboat transfers operate 24 hours.
• Guests are invited to provide international flight details to reservations at least seven days before arrival to arrange transfers.
