  • Dining is available at two restaurants in the resort. The main restaurant serves an international buffet, with breakfast from 7am to 9.30am, lunch from 11.45am to 1.45pm, late lunch from 2pm to 3.30pm, dinner from 6pm to 8.30pm. The second restaurant is a specialty Japanese restaurant serving traditional nabemono soup, or nabe, in a heated pot at the table.
  • Premium alcohol is excluded from the drinks inclusion. Drinks are only available with meals. Included drinks are unlimited wine, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic choices. The legal drinking age in Japan is 20.
  • Ski and snowboard lessons are unlimited. Each lesson has a maximum of 12 guests being instructed by English-speaking instructors from the best accredited national ski schools. Each lesson is tailored to age group, experience levels and ability. Lessons take place for two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon. Booking is not required.
  • Kids’ club is available from 8.30am to 5pm and 7.30pm to 9pm. Mini Club Med is complimentary for children aged between 4 and 11. Petit Club Med access for children aged 2 to 3 is available for a surcharge per child, per day. Kids’ club includes group ski lessons from 4 years old and group snowboard lessons from 8 years old and a dedicated activity room.
  • Guests can book arrival or departure transfer. It is guests’ responsibility to provide their flight details to Club Med 60 days before their departure from Australia. Guests will be picked up or dropped off at Chitose Airport by shared bus transfer. Transfers can be pre-booked with the Club Med call centre in Sydney prior to departure.
  • Lift passes are available at reception on your arrival. Lift pass commences the day after your arrival.
  • Evening entertainment is included in your package. Booking is not required.
  • Ski equipment can be hired directly with Club Med call centre in Sydney.
  • The two Superior Rooms are not guaranteed to be interconnecting or next to one another. However, the property will take into account the ages of children and prioritise adjacent rooms to families with young children. They will always try to allocate families as close together as possible.
  • The resort will be in touch ahead of your departure, but contact them directly to organise any ancillary inclusions.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 120 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
