Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

‘The Shack’ – Valid for two, four, six or eight adults (aged 11 years and above) as per package selected.

Maximum Capacity: The maximum capacity is eight people (aged 11 years and above, not recommended for guests aged under 11 years). Simply select the package required according to the number of guests travelling, and you’ll enjoy exclusive use of the house with access to one, two, three or four bedrooms accordingly. Please ensure you select the correct package for the number of guests travelling. Any bookings made for an incorrect number of guests will not be accepted.
