Your experience takes place at Chi, The Spa at Shangri-La Sydney, Level 2, 176 Cumberland St, The Rocks, NSW, 2000. Your experience will take place between 9am and 6pm. Chi, The Spa, is approximately a 30-minute drive from Sydney Airport (SYD).
Flights, accommodation and transfers are not included in your package and must be purchased separately.

This experience package is valid for TWO PEOPLE on one of the following dates:
- From 6 June 2022 until 31 August 2022, between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
- Not available Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

IMPORTANT: The experience is valid for TWO people (18+). Each couple must purchase their own package.
AMENDMENTS & CHANGES
- 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Inclusions:

Dress Code:
- Smart casual. Please bring swimwear for the sauna and pool. A robe and slippers will be provided
Age Restrictions:
- All participants must be aged 18+.
Dietary Requirements:
- Dietary requirements can be accommodated with 14 days’ prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking in the ‘Special Comments’ field.
Group Size:
- The minimum number of guests required for this experience is two.
- The maximum number of guests permitted per day is three couples.
Please Note:
- The package will be forfeited if rescheduling/cancellation is done within 48 hours of reservation time.
- This experience is not suitable for pregnant women.
- All treatments must be taken during one visit and cannot be split.
- Late arrival may shorten session time.
- Chi, The Spa will be in confirm your booking the day prior via telephone.
