7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel from 1 April 2025 until 31 October 2026 (bookings must be made before 31 August 2026).

Return Private Airport Transfers (select packages only)

• Includes: Return private airport transfer, meet and greet and escort assistance, porter service, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Service operation time is between 6am and 12am.
• Limit of two pieces of luggage per passenger for porter service. Oversized luggage (more than 56x36x23cm) will be charged at THB100 per item.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

VIP Return Private Airport Transfers, plus Departure Service with Lounge Access Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Transfers include: VIP return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• Departure Service includes: Meet and greet, check-in and escort assistance, porter service, departure immigration fast track, access to The Coral Executive Lounge for 2.5 hours before departure.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Service operation time is between 6am and 12am.
• Limit of two pieces of luggage per passenger for porter service. Oversized luggage (more than 56x36x23cm) will be charged at THB100 per item.
• Lounge access is valid for 2.5 hours. Additional hours are charged at THB350 per person, per hour.
• Extra guests can receive the return airport transfer; however, only the standard number of guests — two for the Studio Pool Villa, Duplex Grand Pool Villa, and Beachfront Suite Pool Villa, and four for the Duplex Two Bedroom — are permitted access to the airport lounge.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
