7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Daily breakfast is served at La Aranya from 7am to 11am.
- The one daily 30-minute massage per package can be combined into one 60-minute massage every other day or two daily 15-minute massages.
- Daily free-flow hour includes a selection of house cocktails, beer and soft drinks.
- Guests can enjoy free-flow hour anytime between 11am and 11pm.
- Floating or in-villa breakfast must be booked at least one day in advance. It is served from 7.30am to 11am.
VIP Return Private Airport Transfers with Lounge Access Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: VIP return private airport transfer, meet and greet and escort assistance, porter service, immigration fast track, access to the Executive Lounge on departure, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
- Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Service operation time is between 6am and 12am.
- Limit of two pieces of luggage per passenger for porter service. Oversized luggage (more than 56x36x23cm) will be charged at THB100 per item.
- Lounge access is valid for 2.5 hours. Additional hours are charged at THB350 per person, per hour.
- Extra guests can receive the return airport transfer; however, only the standard number of guests — two for the Studio Pool Villa, Duplex Grand Pool Villa, and Beachfront Suite Pool Villa, and four for the Duplex Two Bedroom — are permitted access to the airport lounge.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
