Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of 6900 THB per adult (12+) and 3450 THB per child (3–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• The welcome drink is a Thai herbal brew.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at The Poolside Restaurant from 6.30am – 10.30am.
• Two daily cocktails per adult are served at The Poolside Bar from 4pm – 5pm from a select menu. Children can have soft drinks.
• Set-menu lunches and dinners are one-course meals served at The Poolside Restaurant. Lunch is served from 11am – 2pm. Dinner is served from 6pm – 10pm.
• Thai massage can be redeemed at Balance Spa from 11am – 7pm. Advance reservations are required.
• No restrictions or minimum spend apply to the 10% dining and spa discount.
• Three Bedroom Pool Villa Fine Print: Please note, bookings for four guests will not be able to access the third bedroom. Access to the third bedroom, can be provided for an additional charge of THB3,000 per night. For bookings of five or more guests, the third bedroom will be provided for no additional charge. Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
