Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB6,200 per adult (12+) and THB3,100 per child (4–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Please note Top of the Reef is temporarily closed until 20 October 2025. Cape Sea View guests can redeem their romantic five-course signature dining experience at Cafe Andaman.
• The included massage at Cape Spa is a Siamese Touch Massage and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Timings are subject to availability.
• Guests under 16 years of age are not permitted in the spa.
• Included daily drink includes cocktails from a select menu, local beers, house wine or soft drink and is available at Otter’s Bar, Café Andaman, Bamboo Bar or The Light House. Please note, local spirits (including Mekhong) are also included.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Café Andaman between 6.30am and 10am.
• Two-course lunch at Café Andaman is set menu and includes choice of one main dish and one appetiser or dessert.
• Three-course dinner is set menu and is available from Café Andaman (Thai or European menu), Top of the Reef (European menu) or Panwa House (Thai menu).
• Top of the Reef is open between 6.30pm to 11pm Monday – Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, and a smart casual dress code is required (shorts, sleeveless shirts and thong sandals are not permitted). The signature dinner upgrade (select packages) will be a five-course romantic dinner from a set menu. The restaurant is closed Thursday and Friday.
• Select outlets operate only on certain days of the week and may not be in operation from May to October. Opening dates and hours are subject to change without prior notice.
• The five-course signature dining experience at Top of the Reef is valid for Cape Suite packages only, and replaces one of the included three-course nightly dinners.
• Panwa House is open between 6.30pm to 11pm Tuesday to Sunday.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
