The resort is located approximately a 10-minute drive or 30-minute walk from Disneyland. Downtown Los Angeles is approximately 45-minutes’ drive from the resort, while John Wayne Airport (SNA) is 15-minutes’ and Los Angeles Airport (LAX) is 50-minutes’ drive away. Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Annual water park maintenance closure: Annual water park maintenance closure dates are from 3–7 March 2026. Closure will include the entire water park including our pools, basketball court, water slides and everything beyond the gated area.

Valid for travel from 1 November 2025 until 30 September 2026.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 27 February 2026, or 30 days prior to the original check-in date (whichever occurs first). Cancellations require contacting Customer Support to process. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 30 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Includes: 3-Day, 1-Park per day Disneyland Resort Ticket, OR 4-Day, 1-Park per day Disneyland Resort Ticket, depending on package purchased: entitling guest admittance to either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park each day over the specified number of days.
• Your Disneyland Resort e-ticket will be added to your account within 28 days of your hotel check-in.
• Guests with a valid Ticket should visit StartYourDisneylandExperience.com to make theme park reservations. Ticket must be linked to a Disney account, and online registration is required. Availability can change until the park reservation is finalised. Guests with multi-day Tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day.
• At the park ensure you have made your Theme Park Reservation as above. Proceed directly to the applicable park entrance on the applicable date and present your theme park reservation and ticket, or have them scanned from your mobile device that has internet access. You will not need to wait in Will Call or Ticket Purchase queues.
• The ticket is not valid for visits to both Theme Parks on the same day. Tickets expire 13 days after first use or 9 October 2026, whichever occurs first, and each day of use of the ticket constitutes one full day of use.
• Ticket valid for ages 3+. Infants under two may attend free of charge without a ticket required. Entry without a valid ticket will not be permitted.
