Explore one of Australia’s most renowned wine regions by hopping from one vineyard to another, namely Seppeltsfield Winery and Estate, Hentley Farm and Barossa Valley Estate, all within easy walking and driving distance. The cabin is located approximately a one-hour drive from Adelaide Airport (ADL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• The locally sourced breakfast hamper placed in the cabin on arrival is supplied for the duration of your stay.
• The breakfast hamper includes bacon, eggs, bread, butter and seasonal vegetables.
• Please specify any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
• Outdoor fire pit access is dependent on the season and any fire restrictions in place.
• Firewood is supplied for one night.
• Extra firewood can be pre-purchased, or guests can supply their own.
• The bottle of wine in-cabin on arrival is a bottle of red or white wine.
• Please note, there is no wi-fi available on the property.

Jacob’s Creek Picnic Experience Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: Two-hour prepared picnic with locally sourced food and one bottle of Jacob’s Creek wine to share; recyclable and sustainable cutlery and plates; picnic blanket to keep; map with the best picnic spots on the estate; and a tasting flight per person to be enjoyed prior to your picnic experience.
• Bookings are essential and subject to availability at time of booking. Bookings are closed off six hours before the start time. Customers will receive an email to select dates, which can be completed via ‘My Escapes’.
• Available daily at 12.30pm or 1pm.
• Minimum two adults per booking. Maximum number per booking is two adults.
• Your dietary preference cannot be guaranteed as available. All dietary requirements must be provided five business days prior to the booking date.
• Menu subject to change based on availability.
• Jacob’s Creek is a cashless venue. All purchases made at Jacob’s Creek will be via card payment.
• As alcohol is served all guests must be 18+. Jacob’s Creek reserves the right to request suitable identification to prove this, such as a current photographic drivers licence, a current passport, a current Proof of Age card or a current Keypass identification card.
• If you arrive late to your allocated booking time, please be aware that your tasting experience will be shortened. Please call ahead on (08) 8521 3000 to advise if you are running late.
