Can I change my check-in date post-purchase?: Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates. Strictly no refunds for this package for amendments and change of date – fees are at the hotel’s discretion/policy. A fee of US$50 will be charged directly for any amendments to the booking, payable directly to the hotel.

Booking Guarantee: Where you choose to ‘Buy Now and Book Later’ you are entitled to our Booking Guarantee. If you make a booking within 14 days of purchase and don’t secure your preferred dates (with the exception of Blackout Periods) we will give you a full refund. Note: You are required to provide evidence in the form of a ‘rejected request’ email from our hotel partner. At this point, we will escalate to the hotel and aim to secure your preferred date. If it is still unavailable we will promptly provide a full refund.

Packages are valid for two adults.

Buy Now Book Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now & Book Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post-purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged 11 or younger) or three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: One adult (aged 12 or older) may stay for a surcharge of AED1,500 per night sleeping on an extra bed with breakfast and nightly dinners included, payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 or younger) may stay free of charge sleeping on an extra bed with breakfast and nightly dinners included.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged 2 or younger) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge by the hotel.

Connecting rooms are available on request (strictly subject to availability).

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We suggest purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after purchasing this package.

Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menu items are subject to change. Some restaurants incur a surcharge. Enquire with the hotel for more information.

Private airport transfers information: Your transfer will be provided by Arabian Adventures. In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact Arabian Adventures via email to aatmres@emirates.com. You will need to provide the following information at time of booking (no later than 72 hours prior to arrival): promo code, booking ID, contact phone number, number of adult/child passengers, names of all travellers, ages of children travelling, arrival date and time, Airline and flight number, contact phone number and departure date. IMPORTANT: Transfers (Lexus, Toyota or similar) are for two adults and up to two children below the age of 12 only per voucher. Baby seats available on request at a supplement. Transfers are from Dubai International airport to Burj Al Arab Jumeirah return. Any variations will be at the discretion of Arabian Adventures and a surcharge may apply. Luggage capacity is two large and two small pieces per booking. Surcharges may apply if these limits are exceeded. Please refer to ‘My Escapes’ post purchase for further information.

Wild Wadi Waterpark closes for annual maintenance 13 January - 8 February 2018. There will be no access to this facility during this time and guests are encouraged to enjoy the many other leisure facilities within the Resort over this period.

Private cabana must be pre-booked.

Kids’ Club caters to children aged between one - 12 years.

Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or on existing reservations.

Any unused portion of the package is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash.

Booking confirmation must be presented at check-in.

The package cannot be split.

Offer only available for consecutive nightly stays.

Up to two packages can be purchased and combined for an extended stay.

Additional expenses such as (but not limited to) flights are not included with this package.

Your passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond your intended stay overseas.

A visa may be required to the countries you are visiting and transiting. It is your responsibility to ensure you are holding a current visa.

The value and comparative savings have been determined based on the hotel’s published rack rates and the value of inclusions. Please be advised that rack rates may not be reflective of actual rates being charged, dependent on the timing and manner of your booking and therefore are only indicative of the level of saving.
