Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of VND1,400,000 per adult (16+) and VND800,000 per child (5–15) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast, daily set-menu lunch and nightly set-menu dinner are served at Binh Minh Restaurant, open from 6am to 10pm.
• Daily free-flow drinks are available at Cham Beach Bar from 6pm to midnight and Pool Bar from 10am to 8pm. Drinks include house wine, local beer, soft drinks, tea and coffee. Guests also receive one snack serving per day at Pool Bar.
• Guests receive an additional 10% discount on food and drinks not covered by the all-inclusive package.
• Included massages are a choice between a relaxation or foot massage at Ngoc Linh Spa, open daily from 9am to 10pm. Advance booking is required.
• The fitness center, Himalayan salt rock sauna and steam room are open from 9am to 10pm.
• Daily shuttle to Hoi An departs the resort at 10am, 2pm, 3.30pm and 6pm. Return departures from Hoi An are at 2.20pm, 4pm, 6.40pm and 9pm. Please book at least two hours in advance to reserve your spot. Guests are also able to make stops at VinWonders Nam Hoi An, Cam Thanh Village and Hoi An Memories Show at no additional charge.
• Weekly wellness and entertainment activites include yoga, tai chi, meditation, breathing techniques, coconut leaf folding, biking, beach/water volleyball, aqua fitness, BBQs, theme music nights, classic movie screenings, billiards tournaments and board games.
• Kids’ club is open daily from 9am to 4pm.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
