Sitting on the edge of Lamington National Park, Beechmont Estate is just 90 minutes from Brisbane or 40 minutes from the Gold Coast. Here, guests can experience the untouched natural beauty of Beechmont and the rural farmland surroundings. The hotel is located approximately a 60-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you are permitted ONE date change up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please contact our 24/7 customer service team to enquire. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Beechmont Estate is open Wednesday to Sunday.
• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily a la carte breakfast is served at The Paddock Restaurant from 7:30am to 9:30am.
• Nightly drinks are served at The Paddock Restaurant or the bar in the main pavilion. Guests can choose from beer, wine, sparkling wine and soft drinks.
• Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at any onsite venue for food or drinks (excludes minibar and room service). Credit is A$50 per package, per day and does not roll over. No minimum spend applies.
• Guests staying in The Residence receive the following additional inclusions:
  • Welcome bottle of champagne in-room on arrival.
  • Daily choice of a gourmet lunch hamper or a two-course a la carte lunch at The Paddock Restaurant from 12pm to 3:30pm, Wednesday to Sunday. Guests must be seated by 1:30pm.
  • Daily free-flow beer, local wines and spirits at The Paddock Restaurant.
  • Full access to all estate facilities, including hiking maps for self-guided hikes, spa (additional costs apply), walks around the estate, pool table and the club house with yoga mats and a library.
  • In-room minibar, replenished daily, with local snacks, soft drinks, tea and coffee.
  • Nightly three-course a la carte dinner at The Paddock Restaurant from 5:30pm to late, Wednesday to Sunday. Guests must be seated by 7:30pm and pre-booking your preferred time is recommended.
