Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for golf tee times, massage services, and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child 11 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian’s room, using existing bedding. Children may not be eligible for complimentary breakfast.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

Travellers holding non-Thai passports who are transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration are exempt from this requirement.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner:

• For stays on 31 December 2026, an additional surcharge applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner at guest’s choice between two venues:
  • The Watercourt: THB20,000 per adult (13+) and THB10,000 per child (4–12 years).
  • RAVA Beach Club: THB35,000 per adult (13+) and THB17,500 per child (4–12 years).
• Bookings before 31 October 2026 will receive an early-bird rate of THB18,000 per adult (13+) for The Watercourt and THB29,750 per adult (13+) for RAVA Beach Club.
• Payable directly to the resort. Prices are inclusive of service charge and taxes. For the New Year’s Eve countdown, guests may celebrate at their selected dining venue, or opt to transfer to the beach club by complimentary shuttle boats and bus services available from 10pm onwards.

Thailand Sandbox: If all of your destinations are in the Sandbox area, then apply for Thailand Pass under Sandbox program. Guests must stay within Sandbox area for first five days. Find out more here.
