Getting to Banyan Tree Lăng Cô is easy. The resort is located approximately a 75-minutes drive from Da Nang International Airport. Flights depart from Sydney, Melbourne and all other major Australian cities with a minimum of one stop en route, with carriers including Vietnam Airlines, Qantas, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, China Southern and more.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of two hours 45 minutes), Hong Kong (approx flight time of two hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 11 hours with one stopover) and Bangkok (approx flight time two hours). You can fly direct to Da Nang from Ho Chi Minh City in 1.5 hours.

The resort is located a 75-minute drive from Da Nang Airport. Return airport transfers are included in your package, please advise the resort of your flight details.

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

Compulsory Gala Dinner Surcharges: A compulsory New Years’ Eve Dinner surcharge applies for stays on 31 December 2019. Adult surcharge is US$145 per person, child surcharge is US$73 per child (aged four to 11 years), a special set buffet dinner is included in the rate (excludes beverages). Payable directly to the resort.

Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

Buy Now Book Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now & Book Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Lagoon Pool Villa & Beach Pool Villa - Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$99 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged four to 11 years) may stay for a surcharge of US$20 per night, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and breakfast only. A rollaway bed can be supplied for US$99 per night, if required. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with breakfast included and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the resort free of charge.

Please Note: Set menu dinners are not available at Saffron.

Connecting rooms are not available.
