  • Daily breakfast is served at Rick Stein at Bannisters from 7am to 10.30am, and includes a cold buffet breakfast with pastries, juices, chia and yoghurt puddings, cold meats and cheese. Herbal teas and coffee are available for self-serve. Barista coffee is not included but is available to purchase, payable directly to Rick Stein at Bannisters.
  • The two-course dinner at Rick Stein at Bannisters (select packages only) is a choice of options from a set menu, available from 5.30pm to 8.30pm daily, subject to change. Bookings are essential – the hotel will contact guests for bookings and dietary requirements.
  • Dining reservations should be made as soon as possible after booking, as seatings are subject to availability.
  • The Rick Stein masterclass cooking demonstration is held at 3pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Rick Stein at Bannisters. The hotel will contact guests to organise a booking. Masterclass includes a 60-minute cooking demonstration conducted by Rick Stein at Bannisters’ Executive Head Chef (or Head Chef), based on Rick Stein’s books and some of his favourite locations.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
