Bannisters by the Sea sits in a prime location on the stunning New South Wales coastline, a stone’s throw from the pristine Mollymook Beach. Enjoy being within easy reach of local attractions, including the Gondwana Coast Fossil Walk and the Narrawallee Creek Nature Reserve, and a short drive from the charming town of Milton.

The hotel is approximately a three-hour drive from Sydney and approximately a two and a half-hour drive from Canberra Airport (CBR). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served at Rick Stein at Bannisters from 7.30am–10am, including any one item from the a la carte menu, unlimited barista-made coffee, tea and juice, and a continental buffet.
• Welcome drinks are served at the Pool Bar from 12pm–6pm, including your choice of house wine, beer, sparkling wine or a mocktail.
• One 45-minute infrared sauna session is provided at Spa by the Sea, open every day from 9.30am–5pm.
• Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at Pool Bar, Rick Stein at Bannisters, the Rooftop Bar & Grill at Bannisters Pavillion or in-room dining. Items must be charged to the room for the credit to be applied. No minimum spend applies.
• Rick Stein Dining Upgrade: Two-course dinner at Rick Stein at Bannisters includes an entree and a main per adult. Advance reservation is required. Excludes shellfish and ribeye dishes. Advance reservation is essential via Bannisters website or by calling reception on (02) 4454 7400.
• Spa Retreat room: The spa can be either indoor or outdoors. Ocean views vary. Please see room images for examples.
• The Garden Terrace room does not have ocean views.
