M Club will change operation time until further notice:

Open daily from 07.00 - 22.00 hrs.

Open bar including wines, beers and spirits can be enjoyed from 17.30 - 20.30 hrs.

Desserts are available from 17.30 - 20.30 hrs.

Quan Spa, Kids Club and Fitness Center will be temporarily closed until 31 March 2020 (swimming pool still accessible as usual from 08.00 - 18.00 hrs.)

Shuttle bus time schedule has been changed to be every hour from 07.00 - 23.00 hrs.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No Worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. All packages are valid for two adults.

Bedding configuration is one king bed or twin queen beds on request in Deluxe and M Club rooms. M Suites have one king bed only, twin queen not available.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children or three adults and one baby.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of THB1,885 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and M Club Lounge access only. Airport pick-up also included for upgraded M Club Room and M Suite packages. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding, with accommodation and M Club Lounge access only. Airport pick-up is also included for upgraded M Club Room and M Suite packages.

Baby Policy: One baby aged one year and under may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge (subject to availability).

Please note children aged five years and under are permitted in the M Club Lounge between the hours of 9am and 5pm only. Outside these hours, guests can enjoy daily breakfast at Goji Kitchen + Bar and evening happy hour at designated restaurants from a special M Club menu (advance reservation required).

Dress code for the M Club Lounge is smart-casual. Please refrain from wearing fitness attire, swimwear, slippers and bathrobes.

Advance reservation for dinner at Siam Tea Room is required.

Transfers: It is strongly recommended that transfers are limited to a maximum of three people per car and a maximum of one car seat for a child can be provided. If you are travelling with two adults and two children, please note that space will be tight due to limited space including all luggage.

Complimentary drink at ABar Rooftop is available from 6pm until midnight.
