This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Buffet breakfast is available daily between 6.30am and 10.30am.
- Lunch, dinner and cocktails are all from a set menu. Two-course lunch/dinner comprises one starter and main OR main and dessert.
- Lunch/dinner can be at Scusa or Karang (onsite) or Sami-Sami, Damar, To’ge, Unique, Dava, Rock Bar, Padi, Honzet, Ah Yat (within the wider AYANA complex).
- Kids’ club access is from 9am to 6pm daily. Children 4 years and under must be accompanied by a parent. The maximum age is 12 years.
- The Aquatonic Pool is only available for guests aged 12 and over, and over 150cm tall. The pool is open from 12pm to 8pm, with last entry at 6pm.
- 18-hole putting golf is open daily from 8am to 6pm.
Return airport transfers (upgrade packages only):
- Includes deluxe return car transfers from Bali international airport, an English-speaking driver, airport parking fee and toll, a bottle of 330ml water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com.
- Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage.
- Infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat, each way or guests can bring their own.
- Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour, after which, transfer will be considered cancelled.

- Includes deluxe return car transfers from Bali international airport, an English-speaking driver, airport parking fee and toll, a bottle of 330ml water per person, VIP arrival assistance with Fast Track privileges, assistance with check-in, three hours of premium lounge access with food and drinks.
