7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges. Name changes are not permitted.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Buffet breakfast is served between 6.30am and 10.30am at Karang, Padi or Toge Restaurant.
• Lunch and dinner are from a set menu and are two courses. Lunch and dinner can be served at Scusa or Karang onsite, or Sami-Sami, Damar, To’ge, Unique, Dava, Rock Bar, Padi, Honzet or Ah Yat within the AYANA Bali grounds.
• Included cocktails can be enjoyed at Luna, Rock Bar, Unique, After Rock or Kubu Beach Club during opening hours.
• Lunch, dinner and cocktails are all from a set menu.
• AYANA Kids’ Club access is from 9am to 5pm daily. Children under five must be accompanied by a parent. The maximum age is 12 years.
• AYANA Kids’ Club access is complimentary but some activities may incur an additional charge.
• The thalassotherapy pool is only available for guests aged 12+ and over 150cm tall.
• The pool is open from 10am to 7pm with last entry at 5pm. Guests may access together or separately.
• The 18-hole putting golf is open daily from 7am to 6pm.
• The resort shuttle runs between Segara Lobby, AYANA Lobby, AYANA Spa, Villas Lobby, Kubu Beach, RIMBA Lobby and RIMBA Wana Lobby.
• Included massages can be redeemed at AYANA Spa, accessible by resort tram or shuttle. Spa is open from 10am to 8pm.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
