Avani+ Samui Resort is located on Koh Samui’s southwestern coast. Enjoy easy access to the island’s natural wonders, with Na Mueang Waterfall and the iconic Grandmother and Grandfather Rocks all within a 20-minute drive. The famous Lamai Night Market is just a 25-minute drive from the resort.

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival. This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service UNLIMITED date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Essence Restaurant from 6:30am to 10:30am.
• Daily two-course lunch is from a set menu and is served at Essence Restaurant from 12pm to 5pm.
• Daily two-course dinner is from a set menu and is served at Essence Restaurant from 6pm to 10pm.
• Free-flow drinks is based on a selected menu of local beer, cocktails, soft drinks and fruit juices, available at Tiki Hut from 4pm to 8pm daily.
• Included massages (select packages only) is an Avani Signature Treament, available at Avani Spa. Advanced booking are required. Avani Spa is open from 10am to 8pm.
• The resort shuttle departs twice daily at 10am and 4pm. Stops include Lamai Beach, Central Samui, SEEN Beach Club and Chaweng Beach.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
