Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.

Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.

Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).

Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.

On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.

You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.

Rates are per car, one way.

A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.

An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000** **per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.

The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
