Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December 2025, an additional surcharge of AED1,500 per adult (12+) and AED750 per child (6–11) applies for the compulsory Spectacular New Year’s Eve Dinner, payable directly to the hotel. Children below 6 years old will not be charged the gala supplement. Gala dinner includes food, drinks and entertainment.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at The Locale from 7am to 11am.
• Daily lunch or dinner is served at The Locale. Lunch is a la carte from 12.30pm to 3.30pm. Dinner is from 6.30pm to 9pm (buffet dinner) or 9pm to 11pm (a la carte dinner). Guests can enjoy unlimited access to non-alcoholic drinks, including tea, coffee, juice, soft drinks and water, and two alcoholic drinks (wine, bottled beer, house spirits) per adult during meals.
• Rate includes a tourism fee of AED20 per room, per night. No additional charges will be collected on check-in.
• Please note, 2pm late checkout is subject to availability and should be communicated with the front office team on arrival.
• An AED200 per night deposit for incidentals is required upon check-in (fully refunded in case the guest does not consume any extras during the stay).

• How to Book
  • Bookings must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance
  • Please provide the following information at time of booking: Flight number and time, drop-off hotel name, any other special requests e.g. child seat requirements
  • After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available
  • Please note: Elevate DMC will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly
  • Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight arrival
• Includes: Return private airport transfers in a premium vehicle (Toyota Previa or similar), complimentary Wi-Fi and one bottle of water per person.
• Excludes: Additional stops during transfer, food and additional drinks and optional gratuities for your driver.
• Valid for transfer from Dubai International Airport (DXB) to a Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Marina or Palm Jumeirah hotel. Excludes additional stops during transfer.
• Valid for up to four passengers (including children and infants). A three-passenger car can fit two pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked for a surcharge of US$5 per seat, per trip. Maximum of two child seats permitted per car.
• The Elevate DMC airport representatives will wear a distinctive orange and will be holding signage for you to recognise.
• Luggage is restricted to three large suitcases and one smaller, carry-on sized suitcase.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
