  • Guests can choose to dine at the following venues for nightly dinner:

  • Free-Flow Package (select packages only) includes 12 hours of daily free-flow drinks from 11am to 11pm at all restaurants and bars. Unlimited drinks (from select menu) include house spirits and liqueurs, signature cocktails and mocktails, beers, wines (white, red, rosé and sparkling), soft drinks, fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies, tea and coffee. Drinks are served by the glass only. Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. This package is not applicable during special events such as gourmet dinners, wine dinners or weddings. Only available for full stays and any consumption made outside the defined timing will be charged separately.
  • Complimentary in-villa minibar (select packages only) includes soft drinks, refreshed once per day. Additional daily refills are charged.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking until 21 days prior to the original check-in date, however the following fees will apply: $995 per adult (12+) for economy class bookings, $795 per child (2–11) for economy class bookings; $2,995 for adults and children (2+) for business class bookings. The remaining balance, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fees will be refunded to your original payment or credit.

Cancellation can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. If refunded as credit, your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights (outside of your Melbourne to Malé return flight) booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking.
