Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

Travellers holding non-Thai passports who are transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration are exempt from this requirement.
Update 19 May 2025, 3.15pm AEST: New Year’s Gala Dinner surcharge, facilities and booking Fine Print updated.
Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB41,196 per adult (12+) and THB20,598 per child (3–11) including 17.7% tax applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort, not to be included in room rate and will be collect upon check in at the resort.
Package Inclusions: Inclusions are correct at the time of purchase. Refer to your booking confirmation for details. Please note package inclusions for extra guests vary depending on the rate selected, please choose your package carefully.
Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
