7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking until 21 days prior to the original check-in date, however the following fees will apply: $995 per adult (12+) for economy class bookings, $795 per child (2–11) for economy class bookings; $2,995 for adults and children (2+) for business class bookings. The remaining balance, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fees will be refunded to your original payment or credit.

Cancellation can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. If refunded as credit, your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights (outside of your Melbourne to Malé return flight) booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges. Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability. If there is no availability for a villa to be checked in immediately upon arrival or checked out late, guests will still be able to use all their package inclusions from arrival until departure from resort premises.
• Included couples’ massage will be an Anantara Couples Healing Massage or similar. Advance booking required.
• Complimentary use of kayaks is available for up to two hours per adult, per day. Glass kayaks are subject to availability.
• Access to Gulhifushi island is available daily on request.
• Access to Anantara Veli Maldives Resort is available daily via a two-minute shuttle boat. Anantara Veli Maldives Resort is an adults-only resort, but welcomes family bookings at set times.
• Welcome bottle of sparkling wine will be served in-villa on arrival.
• Return speedboat transfers are included in your package. Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort is approximately 30 minutes by speedboat from Velana International Airport (MLE). To arrange the transfer, please email your flight details and booking confirmation number to the resort at least one week before arrival.
• Please note, kids staying free dine from a kids’ menu with paying adult.
• Kids’ club is open daily from 9am to 7pm, available to children 4–12 years old. Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult, or parents can hire a babysitter (charges apply).
• Return transfers: For the first additional adult or teenager, transfers are available free of charge. For the second adult or teenager, transfers are available for a surcharge of US$275 per person, payable directly to the resort. For children, transfers are free of charge.

All-Inclusive Dining:

• Please note, Dhoni Bar, Origami, Cumin and Baan Huraa are located on the neighbouring adults-only island, Anantara Veli Maldives Resort. Families with kids can visit Anantara Veli with dinner reservations only.
• Daily breakfast is available at Fushi Cafe from 7am to 10.30am, or at Cumin from 7am to 11am (adults only).
• Daily lunch is available at Aqua from 12pm to 4pm or Sea Fire Salt from 12.30pm to 3pm (subject to change). Lunch is also available at Dhoni Bar from 12pm to 4pm (adults only).
• Guests can choose from the following venues for nightly dinner:
  • Fushi Cafe from 6.30pm to 9.30pm
  • Aqua from 7pm to 10pm
  • Cumin (Anantara Veli Maldives Resort) from 6.30pm to 10pm
  • Dhoni Bar (Anantara Veli Maldives Resort) from 6.30pm to 10pm
  • Alternatively, guests can opt to receive a daily US$60 credit per adult to use towards dinner at Sea Fire Salt from 6.30pm to 10pm, Baan Huraa from 6.30pm to 10pm, or Origami from 6.30pm to 10pm. Advance reservation is required for Baan Huraa and Origami.
• All-inclusive dining is based on a three-course menu or buffet per person, composed of starter, main and dessert.

Free-Flow Drinks Upgrade:

• Includes: 12 hours of daily free-flow drinks from 11am to 11pm at all restaurants and bars. Drinks include house spirits and liqueurs, signature cocktails and mocktails, beers, wines (white, red, rosé and sparkling), soft drinks, fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies, tea and coffee from a select menu.
• Drinks are served by the glass only.
• Guests must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Responsible service: The resort reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to intoxicated guests.
• This package is not applicable during special events such as gourmet dinners, wine dinners or weddings.
• Any consumption made outside the defined timing will be charged separately.
• Complimentary in-villa minibar includes soft drinks, refreshed once daily. Additional daily refills are charged. All items other than soft drink are chargeable.
