Getting to Koh Samui is easy. Regular flights to Bangkok are available with Qantas, Emirates and Thai Airways, departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of 9.5 hours. From Bangkok, Samui Airport is located one hours’ flight away with Bangkok Airways.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 2.5 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 3 hours) and Dubai (approx flight time of 6 hours).

Amari Koh Samui is located a ten-minute drive from Samui Airport with return airport transfers included in your package. Please get in touch with the resort prior to arrival to arrange transfers.

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

Buy Now Book Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now & Book Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No Worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Superior Garden Wing, Deluxe Thai Village and Deluxe King Pool View rooms – Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional adult (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of THB1,500 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, airport transfers and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of THB750 per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, airport transfers and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge by the resort.

Deluxe Family Duplex – Packages are valid for two adults and two children aged 11 years and under.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under). See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: No other guests can be accommodated.

Child Policy: Two children (aged 11 years and under) are included in the package, sleeping on existing bedding (one king and twin beds) with accommodation, airport transfers, breakfast and free meals when dining with adults.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge by the resort.
