Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach is positioned just steps from the iconic shores of Waikiki Beach, within the shopping and entertainment district on Kalakaua Avenue. It’s surrounded by restaurants and shops, as well as key attractions – Honolulu Zoo is an eight-minute walk away, while Waikiki Aquarium is 15 minutes away. Diamond Head, a popular hiking spot, is just a 10-minute drive away. The resort is approximately a 40-minute drive from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 30 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 30 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Dining Credit (select packages only): The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at SWELL only (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies. Credit accumulates during stay and is deducted from room charge. Not for use in conjunction with any other offer. This dining credit is for non-club rooms only.
• Daily US$64 Amenity Fee: Includes beach rentals (three daily credits per room for paddleboards, beach chairs, umbrellas and more at Beach Candy Waikiki; surfboard rentals available at additional cost), two complimentary reusable water bottles per room, daily access to FIT Waikiki Wellness Center with complimentary fitness classes, tennis/pickleball/basketball court access on the 9th floor rooftop, daily Hawaiian cultural classes (lei making, hula lessons), oceanarium educational programs, valet parking upgrade for first night (when paying for self-parking), 24-hour workspace with complimentary printing and copying, and complimentary spa enhancement with any massage or facial (must be reserved in advance). • Longboard Club Access (select packages only): Daily free-flow drinks (select wines and craft beers), evening canapes and made-to-order pasta station are available at Longboard Club from 4pm to 8pm. Daily elevated continental breakfast is available from 6am to 10am.

Return Shared Airport Transfers (select packages only):

• Includes: Shared return shuttle transfers from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) via air-conditioned vehicle.
• Available every day on request: 5am–10pm. Shuttle runs every 60 minutes (approximately).
• You will be required to provide your transfer information directly to info@flyshuttletours.com after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Full name of lead traveller
  • Airline and flight number
  • Arrival time and date
  • Hotel address
• Shared transfers are for two guests only, any additional guests requiring shared transfers will incur a surcharge of AU$62, payable directly to Fly Shuttle & Tours. Please contact info@flyshuttletours.com directly to make arrangements for additional guests.
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided this information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight departure.
• A child or booster seat can be requested at time of booking for a surcharge of US$25 per seat, pay way, payable directly to Fly Shuttle & Tours.
• Transfers can accommodate up to two pieces of luggage per person. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• Transfer pick-up and drop-off times are subject to road and traffic conditions and may vary. Please plan accordingly.
• Fly Shuttle & Tours is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trips and will only be responsible for making lost time at a mutually agreed date.
• The passenger(s) assumes full financial liability for any damage to the car or shuttle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. A fee of US$100 applies for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fees may apply, from US$250.
• Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited.

Return Private Airport Transfers (select packages only):

• Includes: Return private airport transfers, fresh flower Lei greeting (arrivals only), meet and greet service by chauffeur, luggage assistance.
• Available for a maximum of five guests.
• Please complete your airport transfer information via your account, inclusive of flight details. Aloha VIP will confirm your booking within three business days once you have finalised your transfer details.
• Transfers can accommodate up to two luggage pieces per person. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• Child and infant car seats need to be reserved in advance and incur a charge of USD$10 per seat, each way, to be paid directly to the driver.
• Flight delays will not be construed as “no shows” and cancellation charges will not apply as long as the passengers arrive on their original delayed flight for which the reservations were made.

A$100 Luxury Escapes international flight credit per package (Australia-only offer)

• Credit will be applied to your account after purchase by 22nd January 2026.
• Your flights must be purchased with Luxury Escapes by calling our friendly team after you have purchased your package. Flights purchased via our website, with another agency or directly with the airline are excluded and will result in the credit being forfeit.
• Your flights must be return international flights originating in Australia to Hawaii.
• Should the associated accommodation package be cancelled, credit will be void and removed.
• Valid for Australian purchases only.
• Credit will expire 12 months from date of issue.
