Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.
Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Breakfast is available between 7am and 11am, lunch at Seasalt between 12pm and 4pm, and lunch or dinner at the Beach Bar between 11am and 9pm.
- Breakfast is both a la carte and buffet.
- Advance reservation is recommended for spa treatments. Treatments are available between 9am and 9pm, subject to availability.
- Alila Happenings daily activities are subject to change.
- Play Alila is open from 8am to 5pm for children up to 12 years old. Children below four years must be accompanied by an adult. Booking one day in advance is mandatory.
- Twin beds are not available in any room type.
- Welcome drink is a ginger tea with lemongrass and palm sugar.
Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Inclusions: A return transfer with an English-speaking driver, airport parking fee and toll fee and 330ml water bottle per person.
- Infant seat can be booked for US$3 per seat, each way, or you may bring your own to be fitted in the car.
- Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After then the transfer will be considered cancelled.
- You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within 1–2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com
