Your voyage will depart from either Sydney, New South Wales, Marina Mirage, Gold Coast or Coral Sea Marina, Whitsundays. Please take care to select the correct departure point when booking.

Coral Sea Marina is approximately a 30-minute drive from Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine) Airport (PPP). Sydney Harbour is approximately a 20-minute drive from Sydney Airport (SYD). Mariner’s Cove Marina is approximately a 45-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Roundtrip transfers are included in your package. Please contact Alfie & Co in advance to confirm details.

Package Inclusions: Inclusions are correct at the time of purchase. Refer to your booking confirmation for details.

Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you are permitted ONE date change up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please contact our 24/7 customer service team to enquire. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Guests will be required to pay 20% APA (to cover any additional fuel, water toy use, moorings etc) ahead of their voyage. Unused funds will be returned within 14-days, if the balance is over then customer is required to pay the balance within 7-days
• Vessel training and induction is included so guests can sail without a vessel manager if desired.
• Vessel Manager is included for full days and nights in Queensland. Vessel Managers in Sydney are included for 8 hours daily.
• 8-knot cruising speed for four hours per day is included.
• Breakfast inclusions are to be prepared by guests, not vessel staff.
• All vessels have wifi, note that reception is poor and can be non-existent in the Whitsundays.
• Food and drinks can be organised for A$45 per hour.
• Guests can organise food and drink provisions with MV Alfie & Co ahead of arrival for an additional surcharge, otherwise food and drink supplies are the responsibility of the guests.
• A Personal Watercraft Licence is required to drive the jet ski. If guests do not hold a valid licence, the vessel manager can drive the jet ski.
• Jet skis are prohibited in Sydney Harbour.
• The advanced provisioning allowance allows Alfie & Co to pick up and arrange guest catering, provisioning, etc. It also covers any additional fuel they used.
• Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol and food for a A$20 corkage fee per guest.
• Guests interested in booking for longer than 5 nights should contact Luxury Escapes directly.
