7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please note:

• Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Extra beds are available for A$49.40 per night, payable directly to the hotel.
• The daily onsen and spa treatments must be booked in advance. A pre-health check is required 10 minutes prior to each treatment.
• The spa is open daily from 12.30pm to 10pm. Last bookings available are for 9pm.
• The cooking class will be offered at Mori restaurant at 3.15pm and arranged by the resort. If you wish to change the day of your class, please contact the resort. Guests will enjoy dinner together following their cooking class.
• A daily shuttle runs from the resort to Phu Bai International Airport (HUI) with a stop in Hue town centre upon return. The shuttle departs the resort daily at 9am and 12.30pm with pick-up or drop-off available at the airport at 10.30am and 2pm. Stops at Hue are available at 10.50am and 2.20pm.
• Children 110cm or taller may play on the highwire only, and children 140cm and taller may play on both the highwire and zipline.
• Guests may enjoy breakfast served a la carte anywhere throughout the resort and at any hour, day or night, as part of the onsite catered dining program, OR they may choose to partake in a buffet breakfast, presented at Madame Chau Restaurant between 6.30am and 10am.
• All guests may enjoy unlimited access of the hot springs daily between 5am and 10pm.
