Ace of Hua Hin Resort

Ace of Hua Hin Resort is located on Thailands’ west coast with direct access to Hua Hin Beach. Hua Hin Night Market can easily be reached via the complimentary 15-minute shuttle service. The resort is located approximately a 2.5-hour drive from Bangkok and three hours from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at The Exchange from 6.30am to 10.30am.
• Daily lunch and dinner are served at The IVY Restaurant . Lunch is served from 11am to 2pm, and dinner is served from 5pm to 9pm. Valid for one meal per person, per day.
• Daily free-flow drinks are served at The IVY Restaurant between 5pm and 9pm. Includes local beer, cocktails and soft drinks.
• Welcome drinks are non-alcoholic. Valid for one drink per person.
• Shuttle services to Hua Hin Night Market must be booked at least one day in advance. Departure times include 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm and 9pm. Shuttles return to the resort at 11.30am, 1.30pm, 3.30pm, 5.30pm, 7.30pm and 9.30pm.
• Pre-booking is required at least one day in advance for the one-time 60-minute massage (select packages only).
• Cooking class (select packages only) takes place at The Exchange. Pro-booking is required at least one day in advance.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
