Nestled in the lush district of Tegallalang, Abisena Wellness and Resort Ubud sits at Ubud’s most scenic northern edge — a 20-minute drive from the iconic Tegallalang Rice Terraces and Ubud Traditional Art Market. The Campuhan Ridge Walk is a short drive away, while Ubud Palace is a 25-minute drive away.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 8 March 2027 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served at Runara Restaurant from 7am—11am. Breakfast is served à la carte, complemented by a selection of buffet items. Dietary options are available upon request.
• Daily a la carte lunch or dinner is served at Sadha Lounge or Runara Restaurant, excluding drinks. A surcharge applies for special weekly dinner programmes.
• Nightly cocktails are served at Sadha Lounge from 6pm—7pm from a select cocktail menu.
• Included massages take place at Dirasha Wellness, open daily from 9am—9pm. Advance booking is required with the spa reception.
• Advance booking is required to the use the wellness facilities, including fitness centre, sauna, steam room, ice bath and jacuzzi.
• Complimentary shuttle departs three times a day to Ubud centre at 11am, 2pm and 5pm, returning at 12pm, 3pm and 6pm. Advance booking via reception is required.
• Complimentary activities must be booked in advance through reception and are subject to the hotel schedule.

One-Way Or Return Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A one-way OR return private airport transfer (depending on package purchased), basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
