Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- One-Way Airport Transfer Booking: Flight details must be provided to the resort at least a week ahead of your stay in order for airport transfer on arrival to be arranged. The resort requests details are given on booking or shortly thereafter.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Seacret Restaurant and Chom Talay Restaurant from 6am until 10.30am.
- Daily two-course lunch and three-course dinner valid at any restaurant open at serving time. Choose from set menu, buffet or an à la carte dining credit of THB350 per person for lunch or THB600 per person for dinner.
- Children staying and eating for free must order meals from the kids’ menu.
- Afternoon tea is served from 1pm until 5pm at the Melon Shop. Advance booking is recommended.
- One massage per room per day included, from a choice of head/shoulder, body or foot massage, redeemed at reception between 9am and 5pm. Massage takes place in the garden. Advance booking is essential.
- The free-flow cocktail hour is available from 4.30pm to 5.30 pm at Coconut Bar or Beach Club Bar, and may be subject to change. Drinks include mojito, mai tai, pina colada, margarita, house beer, soft drinks and local spirits.
- The upgraded tapas dinner will be served at the Harbour Restaurant in The Shore at Katathani Resort, five minutes away from Katathani Phuket Beach Resort, and is adults-only (12+). If children are joining, the dinner will be served at the onsite La Scala restaurant instead.
- Cooking class (select packages only): replaces lunch on one day of your stay. Takes place at Chomtalay restaurant. Must be booked 24 hours in advance. Bookings cannot be amended. Children under 12 may accompany but are not permitted to participate for safety reasons.
- For guests with more than three large pieces of large luggage, a surcharge will apply for an additional vehicle (THB1,500, payable directly to the hotel).
- Grand Deluxe: If five guests stay in this room type with more than five pieces of 32-inch luggage, a surcharge will apply for an additional vehicle (THB1,500, payable directly to the hotel).
