Get set – today is the day that you board your included flight and set off for sparkling Sydney! The capital of New South Wales is a treat for the senses, with plenty to see and do even for the seasoned traveller. If you arrive early, be sure to wander down to Circular Quay for a glimpse of the city’s best sights, including Darling Harbour, the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the world-famous Sydney Opera House.
Check in to your five-star accommodation at the Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney (or similar) and savour the rest of the evening by the hotel’s shimmering pool, or head out to explore the city’s vibrant nightlife.

Keen swimmers or sunbathers should head to beautiful beaches like Burnie Park Beach and West Beach, while creative types can head to the Burnie Regional Art Gallery or the Makers’ Workshop for Tasmanian arts and crafts. Whiskey enthusiasts may visit Hellyers Road Distillery, and the nearby Penguin Observation Centre offers penguin-watching experiences. Day 5: At Sea

Health & Vaccinations
- Travellers are advised to check recommended vaccinations with their local health professional at least 45 days prior to departure, as some vaccinations require 30 days or more to be effective.
- Proof of vaccination is not usually required unless you are coming from an infected area.
