The Accommodation – Experience luxury in the heart of the cities, stay in heritage hotels in beautiful locations

Your memorable journey through Scandinavia will have you staying in luxury, hand-selected hotels in the best locations, such as Dr Holms Hotel in Geilo, Norway. Opened in 1909 this is one of the most iconic buildings in this picturesque city. Relax and unwind after a long day of exploring in this heritage hotel, featuring an incredible collection of art pieces, a blissful spa and some of the best views over the mountainous scenery.

Another highlight will be the gorgeous Clarion Hotel Admiral, offering fantastic views of Bryggen, the UNESCO World heritage site in the city of Bergen. Housed in a charming old warehouse building dating back to 1904, the hotel is located right in the heart of the city and boasts the most magnificent views over the harbour, surrounding mountains and the bustling fish-market.

The Experiences & Sights – Breathtaking natural beauty, the most incredible train rides and trendy cities await

Venture to the fairytale park of Tivoli Park, where you can see the century-old roller coaster or just soak up the story-book atmosphere of this national treasure of Denmark.

Board a scenic overnight cruise taking you from Copenhagen to Oslo in Norway, then admire stunning scenery from your train to Geilo - where your adventure amid nature begins. Surrounded by seven hills and seven fjords, founded over 900 years ago, this waterside city boasts colourful wooden houses and a wharf dotted with restaurants, pubs, craft boutiques and museums. Framed by dramatic mountains, the ‘gateway to the fjords’ has a fascinating history dating back to the Viking era.

The world-famous, strikingly beautiful Bergen Railway will leave you breathless: considered the world’s most scenic train ride, this 7-hour journey brings you across one of Europe’s highest mountain plateaus, and takes you through spectacular nature all the way to Norway’s capital city, Oslo.

The fastest-growing capital city in Europe, Oslo is a cosmopolitan hub with a vibrant cultural life, a remarkable food scene and stunning natural panoramas. Walk around the streets of the world’s greenest city, which has earned the honour of being named European Green Capital for 2019 and discover all the famous landmarks, from the Opera House on the edge of the waterfront, to the Viking Ship Museum.

Often referred to as “the beauty on water” Stockholm is like a living, pedestrian-friendly museum and a modern, dynamic city at the same time. Embark on an enchanting tour of this stunning city and discover Gamla Stan, or the Old Town, one of the best-preserved medieval city centres in Europe with a story-book atmosphere and cobbled streets, and take in the historical gems and colourful roofs of the buildings around the city.
