Visit South Africa’s highlights on this fabulous 11-day tour from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Your adventure begins with a full-day Cape Peninsula tour, allowing you to experience the area’s steep mountains and sweeping beaches from the comfort of your air-conditioned coach. You’ll stop off for lunch in Simon’s Town, where you can visit the penguin colonies at Boulders Beach.

In Cape Town you’ll also take a Table Mountain tour, including a cable car ride to the summit (weather permitting), where you’ll be treated to a stunning birds-eye view of the city.

You will visit the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Robben Island, made famous by Nelson Mandela’s imprisonment there during apartheid. A tour of this sombre site will reveal the hopes, struggles and triumphs of the political prisoners kept here during the colonial and apartheid years of this country.

Solo Traveller Surcharge: Solo travellers must pay a surcharge of AUD$970 for an 11-day tour or AUD$1051 for a 13-day tour, payable directly to the tour operator.
