• From 7 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 7 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 7 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to booking

7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Bring a jacket, hat and sunscreen
• If it looks like rain, please bring wet weather gear

Availability:

• Available selected Fridays: Departs 5.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Saturday – Thursday
• Bookings valid to 28 February 2026
• Departure Point: Departs from Campbell’s Cove, The Rocks. Boarding is 15 minutes prior to departure
• A guest who is late or does not show up on the pick-up location at the designated time will void their tickets. To re-schedule please call (02) 8015 5571

• Evening canape menu includes finger food only. Menu items are seasonal and subject to change
• Drinks including standard beers, wines and soft drinks are not included but are available at regular bar prices (own expense), payable directly to Sydney Tall Ships

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Sydney Tallships abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• The tall ships are not suitable for wheelchair access due to steep stairways required to access facilities
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Sydney Tallships for passenger and crew safety due to inclement weather conditions
• Cruises do proceed in rainy weather. Please dress accordingly
