Availability:

• Available every day: Zipline experience at: 8am or 1pm
  • Transfers from The Summit in Mele: Departures at: 9.30am, 10.30am & 1.30pm. As of 1st March 2025 the transfers are 8am and 1pm.
  • Transfers from town: Departures at: 9am, 10am & 1pm. As of 1st March 2025 the transfers are 8am and 1pm.
• Not valid: 25 December 2023 & 25 December 2024
• Please note: Departure and return times vary according to pick-up location
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available on request from town at Nambawan Cafe and select hotels

Important:

• Allow three hours for the Zipline and Skybridge experience (including travel)
• Food, drinks and gratuities are not included in this tour
• Participants need to have a reasonable level of fitness as there are steps to climb without handrails
• Transfers from remote locations, the airport or a cruise ship cannot be accommodated
• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for being in a harness and solid footwear

Terms & Conditions:

• This experience is not suitable for pregnant women or children under the age of five
• The Zipline Course has a weight restriction of 120 kgs and a maximum waist circumference of 120 cms
• Subject to Vanuatu Jungle Zipline and Skybridge being unable to offer the tour due to extreme weather, a change in cruise ship schedules, serious illness, etc. Vanuatu Jungle Zipline and Skybridge will do everything in their power to change dates to accommodate customers on an alternate date or offer refunds if this is not possible
• Vanuatu Jungle Zipline and Skybridge shall not be held liable for unforeseen delays, diminished visibility, or modifications to the itinerary resulting from traffic conditions, inclement weather, major events or mechanical malfunctions
• Vanuatu Jungle Zipline reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions, or other unforeseen events that may interfere with the safe operation of the business
