• Pick-Up Point: Pick-up available from most Port Vila accommodation and hotels
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Rates are per person. Minimum two people required to book
• Please advise of dietary requirements at time of booking
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• Child rate applies for children aged 6–12. Children aged 5 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. All children must be accompanied by a paying supervising adult (18+)

Terms & Conditions:

• The itinerary is subject to change depending on availability and weather conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Vanuatu Ecotours reserves the right to cancel the tour based on weather forecast or other factors. In this case, you will be offered an equivalent tour (duration, price) or Vanuatu Ecotours will endeavour to rebook your original tour at another time. If you decline the equivalent tour or are a no-show: 100% of tour cost will be charged. If an equivalent tour is not offered and the original tour cannot be rebooked, 100% of tour cost will be refunded less any bank charges

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
