Terms & Conditions:
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption. As alcohol is served, all guests must be over the age of 18 and provide valid ID upon request
- Bookings are essential and subject to availability at time of booking. Bookings are for 60 minutes and have a minimum of two guests. If you book for one, Ten Minutes by Tractor has the right to cancel should they not receive any further bookings
- Masterclass fees are non-redeemable and non-refundable. Ten Minutes by Tractor reserves the right to refuse to serve a tasting experience, even with prior booking, if they believe that member/s of the booking party may be under the influence of alcohol
- If you arrive late to your allocated booking time, please be aware that your tasting experience will be shortened
- Credit card surcharges and refund policy are subject to local regulation
- Any excess amount is payable directly to Ten Minutes by Tractor
- Menu is seasonal and subject to change. Set menu restrictions apply. Menu changes due to preference may incur an additional fee

Cancellations
- Masterclass fees are non-redeemable and non-refundable
- If you notify 48 hours prior to your booking that you are unable to attend, Ten Minutes by Tractor will be happy to rebook your experience for another date
- If less than 48 hours’ notice is given of cancellation, 100% of the experience price will be charged and no refunds are applicable
Changes to booking
- 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Over the years, they’ve expanded, but each vineyard retains its unique character.
