Situated in idyllic Rose Bay, one of Sydney’s most beautiful areas, Empire Lounge offers diners a resplendent feast inspired by the picturesque harbour where Sydney’s seaplanes depart. Choose between a moreish four-course Harbour Elegance tasting menu or a Chef’s Selection hot and cold seafood platter, then toast to your refreshing dining experience with a welcome glass of Dal Zotto King Valley Prosecco. For the insatiable seafood-lover and fans of scenic dining alike, this is a menu to celebrate Sydney’s very best.
