• Please note: BridgeClimb Sydney will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly according to your package type

• Any loose items such as a camera and phone are not allowed while climbing the bridge
• Please wear comfortable, enclosed rubber-soled shoes such as running, sport or hiking shoes. PVC and leather-soled shoes are not ideal

Availability:

• Available for midweek OR weekend climbs, as selected. Valid for daytime, evening, or twilight departures as per package selected
  • Departure times vary according to the package and date selected
• Not valid: 24 December 2024 – 4 January 2025 inclusive
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025
• Check-in is at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Booking allocations are strictly limited – please book early to avoid disappointment

Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for package type and departure time selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and climbing conditions. If BridgeClimb needs to cancel climbs due to safety or security reasons, you will be notified as soon as possible and be offered a reschedule, credit voucher or refund
• Climbs will proceed in rainy conditions. If it looks like there’s a chance of rain during your Climb, please bring a change of shoes and socks to keep you dry afterwards
• Minimum one person and maximum eight people can participate in this climb
• Minimum height of 120cm applies for all climbers
• Child policy: Children aged 8–15 are permitted to climb if accompanied by paying parent/guardian. Please be advised that each child is counted as one person in a group booking. Parents/guardians must accompany children throughout the Climb experience and must assist the BridgeClimb team by managing their equipment preparation and behaviour. Children must have a general level of fitness and the ability to climb steep ladders and stairs independently
• All participants will be required to undergo an alcohol breath test with results under 0.05 to continue
• If you are under 24 weeks pregnant or over 75 years of age, you will need a doctor’s certificate to participate. This experience is not available for those over 24 weeks pregnant

Cancellations:

• Cancellations up to 14 days before the climb date: no fees apply
• Cancellations between 13 days up to 72 hours before the climb date: $25 fee applies per person
• Cancellations between 72 hours up to 24 hours before the climb date: 50% booking cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals, no-shows, and guests who choose not to participate on the day of climb: 100% booking cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to bookings up to 14 days before the climb date: no fees apply
• Changes to bookings between 13 days up to 72 hours before the climb date: $30 fee applies per booking
• Changes to bookings between 72 hours up to 24 hours before the climb date: $100 fee applies per booking
• Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals, no-shows, and guests who choose not to participate on the day of climb: 100% booking fee applies
• Note: Reduction in the number of participants or changes to the identity of Climbers is not permitted
