- For safety reasons, participants with the following impairments/medical conditions are not able to play: epilepsy or similar seizure disorders, wheelchair users, deaf or severe hearing loss, broken arm or leg, heart condition
- Small glasses can be permitted to be worn under the headset
- Participants must wear flat shoes such as runners or thongs. No heels are permitted
- This experience excludes: food, drinks, transfers and additional expenses
